These terms govern your use of cghauling.com and any rental, delivery, and pickup services booked through it. By booking a rental with Clean Green Hauling, you agree to these terms.
A valid payment method is required to reserve a unit. Your card is saved but not charged until delivery, unless otherwise stated at booking. You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the agreed rental rate, any applicable overage fees for weight exceeding the included tonnage, late fees for rentals kept past the due date, and any cancellation or dry-run fees as described at the time of booking.
Rented units must be used in accordance with local regulations. Prohibited and hazardous materials (as disclosed to you at booking or on request) may not be placed in rented units. You are responsible for reasonable access and placement conditions at the delivery address.
Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. A dry-run or cancellation fee may apply if a driver is dispatched before a cancellation is received.
Clean Green Hauling is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or site access issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or damage unrelated to the placement or removal of a rented unit.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
