Clean fill dirt is heavy — too heavy for our larger containers. For dirt removal we use 10-yard containers only. They are the size rated to carry that weight on our trucks. Flat-rate loads are capped at 10 yards per load.
The flat rate applies when the load is clean fill dirt. Trash, wood, or household debris mixed into the pile takes it off the flat rate. Mixed remodel debris belongs on a roll-off dumpster rental, which starts at $600 with about $185 per extra ton.
